Our office is conveniently located between Kissimmee and Downtown Orlando at 6220 South Orange Blossom Trail, Suite 101. Our office is located on the northwest corner of Orange Blossom Trail and Lancaster Drive, just three traffic lights north of the Florida Mall.

Brief Biography 

Attorney Mark A. Arias grew up in Orlando, FL. until law school where he attended Florida State University and Graduated in 1990. He is Bilingual English/Spanish and licensed to practice law.  Mr. Arias has twenty-three years of experience as a practicing attorney in both State and Federal courts. After many years of practice his true passion has become Immigration and Nationality Law with a special emphasis in Business Immigration, Family unification and Defense of Deportation. Another area that is handled by Mr. Arias is Investment Visas with Wealth Management and Asset Protection Consulting.

Mr. Arias, has been published in weekly news articles on Immigration for “EL Nuevo Dia” local branch of the Hispanic Newspaper from Puerto Rico and “La Prensa” local Hispanic Newspaper in Orlando, FL;  He is a Radio Host on local Hispanic radio station “1030am” 2006-2007 conducting a Live weekly radio show answering Immigration Law questions; He has been a Key Note Speaker on Immigration Law for the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce 2005-2007 and for the Greater Metro Orlando Chamber of Commerce 2007;  He has also presented a weekly Immigration Law news segment for local Orlando Hispanic T.V. Station “Telemundo” 2009 thru 2010 and featured attorney on Immigration Law news segment for local Orlando, Hispanic T.V. Station “Univision” 2009;
